These terms apply when you place an order through the Blackberry Bar website. By using this site to place an order, you agree to the terms below.

1. Age restriction

This site lists alcoholic beverages. You must be 21 years of age or older to use it or place an order. By confirming your year of birth, you're confirming this information is accurate.

2. How orders are placed

This site does not process payments or confirm orders automatically. Placing an order opens WhatsApp with your order details sent to Blackberry Bar's number, and downloads a copy of your invoice for your own records. An order is only confirmed once the bar responds to you on WhatsApp — typically within 15 minutes. Prices, availability, and final billing are confirmed by the bar directly.

3. Delivery

Home delivery is currently offered only within the delivery zone stated on the ordering page (Bhandara City, Maharashtra). Orders outside this zone are not eligible for delivery; Self Pickup remains available regardless of location. Delivery charges, where applicable, are shown before you place your order.

4. Pricing

Prices shown are set by Blackberry Bar and may change without prior notice. The bar will confirm final pricing with you on WhatsApp before preparing your order.

5. Responsible service

Blackberry Bar reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who appears to be under the legal drinking age, intoxicated, or otherwise in violation of applicable local law.

6. Limitation of liability

This site is an ordering convenience only. Blackberry Bar is not liable for delays, unavailability of items, or miscommunication arising from WhatsApp as a messaging platform, which is outside the bar's control.

7. Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
